Love the texture and mood of the picture but why is Hawkeye up higher then Black Widow ? Couse he's been at SHEILD longer then her?

I just set them there because it visually balances good, so no serious reason. Maybe because she is a front liner.
If I follow SHIELD ranking (in Earth-616), Widow would be second to Fury.
